The platform

Built from the data up.

Most parking technology is a camera pointed at an old process. We started from what the data can do, then designed the operation around it. The result is a system that is accurate because it sees everything, consistent because rules are code, and fair because exceptions go to a person.

01

See

Vision layer

ANPR cameras read every entry and exit, day and night, in weather. Plates are matched, timed and stored under the retention policy. Anything the system is not sure about is re-read by a person before any action is taken.

02

Decide

Rules engine

Every site's rules are written once, as code: who may park, when, for how long, with which permit. The engine applies them identically to every vehicle, every time. No discretion, no bad days, no targets.

03

Act

Operations layer

Permits issued and revoked digitally. Payments taken cashless. Parking charge notices generated with the evidence attached, then reviewed against the fairness rules before anything is sent. Appeals routed to a person with a 14-day reply commitment.

04

Learn

Site intelligence

The platform learns what normal looks like on each site: peak hours, dwell patterns, repeat behaviour. It flags anomalies to the operations team and feeds recommendations into your monthly report. Over time, sites run better without anyone changing a setting.

Automatic where it should be. Human where it matters.

The platform

The platform decides the routine cases, thousands a day, with no variation.

A trained reviewer

A trained reviewer handles the exceptions: unreadable plates, unusual patterns, every appeal, every complaint. That's not a limitation of the AI. It's the design.

Data handled properly.

  1. Plate readEncrypted at once
  2. Rule appliedSame rule, every vehicle
  3. Keeper requestOnly where a charge is issued
  4. RetainedOnly while a charge or appeal is live
  5. DeletedOn schedule, not on request
  • Plates are personal data. We treat them that way: minimised, encrypted, retained only for as long as a charge or appeal is live, then deleted on schedule.
  • Keeper details are requested only where a charge is issued, through the DVLA's process.
  • No data is sold. No data is shared with third parties beyond those needed to process a charge or an appeal.

Today our sites. Tomorrow, yours.

We run the platform on our own sites first because that's the only honest way to prove it. The next step is opening it to other operators and estates that want to run on the same rules engine, with the same fairness standard. If that's you, we'd like to talk.
